So I’m trying something new on Etsy today….digital downloads. I love the photographs I took of the lilies I grew along the side of my house and I thought others might as well. Earlier today I listed a digital abstract lily picture in my Etsy store. Once purchased and downloaded, the image can be used for just about anything. I suggested glossy note cards, decoupage, part of a collage in another project, the possibilities are endless. Later I plan to see what it looks like on a wine bottle lamp!
I wanted to post here to add a few more tips. For those that purchase the digital download, I suggest using glossy photo paper for printing. It really allows the colors to come out. I printed two pictures earlier and photographed them with my cell phone. I wanted everyone to be able to see that the picture looks great no matter what size you print it. One picture was printed on 8 1/2 x 11 glossy photo paper and the other is 4 x 6 glossy photo paper. They are beautiful at any size.
I also wanted to include a screen print of the settings I used. The picture should be printed with the print quality set on high.
